Return Policy

Wild Star Hearts have a returns policy that is designed to be easy, effortless and understanding. We are sure that you will be happy with all of our items but if for any reason you are not follow these four easy steps:

 - Email us at wildstarhearts@gmail.com stating your order number and the amount of items you wish to return within 14 days.

 - Receive a reply within 24 hours Mon-Fri with a unique returns reference number enclosed.

 - Attach that number to the outside of the package and return your item within 30 days to the address you are given

 - Receive a full refund

All items must be sent back in their original packaging, with tags attached and no visible signs of use. You may of course try all of our items on, so long as you leave tags in.

Postage Cost

We will only pay the postage cost of the item back to us if the item is faulty and reported to us within 14 days of receipt. None of our items come with warranties, so if the item develops a fault, contact us and we will do the best we can to help you fix the issue. This will be in the form of either a store credit or another item being shipped free of charge.

Please remember to check your item for faults within the 14 days, otherwise we cannot help you

Damages

All damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the item with clear and concise images of both the outer packaging and the item. Without these, we cannot process a request. Once we assess the damage, our courier will return to your address to collect the item, so please retain all packaging.

Seasonal Returns

From 1st October we will accept any returns until January 31st. These must be in new condition with tags attached.

Refund Policy

All items are inspected upon their return and a refund will be applied to the card used on the order within 24 hours of receipt of the item providing that the item is in a resaleable condition. Should their be any issues with your refund and/or return, we will contact you via email or phone. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

All refunds are applied to the payment method used for the purchase. If you have not received a refund, contact them first and, if you still do not have a refund, please contact us at wildstarhearts@gmail.com

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges, if you wish to exchange your item for something else, please submit a return and re-purchase the new item.  

Hygiene Items (masks, lingerie, bodysuits, jewellery, hair accessories, makeup)

Returns will be accepted on manufacturing defects only. Please inspect the item carefully upon arrival. Removing the tag will be seen as an indication that you are happy with the condition of the item and returns will not be accepted once the tag is removed. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be pre-approved

Clearance

We will accept returns of sale items from our website, however this refund will be made in the form of a gift card that can be used on our site.

Pre-Orders

All pre-order items are non-returnable unless they arrive with significant damage. We will not accept any items back with simple and small cosmetic damage but may offer a small 10% refund should we feel this is necessary. Only obviously damaged items will be subject to a return.

Custom Orders

All customised items (including prints / posters) are non-returnable. Any damage issues will be refunded up to 10% of the item value.
